Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased an LG 4K television on 13 November 2016 and have just realised that a payment of £6 has been taken from my credit card each month since that date. I was not aware of this and this was not explained to me at all when I made the purchase. I did not request this customer support and I am therefore requesting an immediate refund for all payments taken from my account and that this be cancelled immediately. I do realise that this entry is listed on the receipt but we were kept waiting a long time in the store before any further paperwork or documents were printed off and as I have stated above, were not at any point told about this payment. Please cancel immediately and provide a refund for the plan payments. I look forward to hearing from you within the next few days. Regards, Gary Simcock
