Complaint about Currys PC World

I have called currys pc world customer service number and have been told that this has been cancelled and they will refund my £6. On checking my bank account I saw another £6 was taken from my account for product support ag so I duly called them up and explained I had cancelled this so was told it had and I probably looked at it wrong and it was a it wasn't so was told it was cancelled and it would be refunded. Checked my account this morning and guess what another £6 has been deducted from my account. So what exactly do i need to do to cancel this? Please get your customer service sorted as it leaves a lot to be desired. This experience has made sure i will not be purchasing anything else from Currys and i will be advising any one else against it too!
