Complaint about Royal Mail

Hello I am not impressed with the post service from Cambridge to Dorset as my Aunty said she posted my Birthday card with my real address from Monday 3rd April and did not receive it through the post as I always check my post. Gonna also contact Postwatch to see if they can help improve things.
