Complaint about EHIC Direct

I sent a complaint to you yesterday and I forgot to mention that after a month my ehic car has not arrived and you cannot get through on their phone line. They took the £34.50 plus another £5 very quickly,as I said I am an oap and feel I have been conned and cannot afford to lose this money! Margaret Hunt.
