Having to move house, large reluctant cancellation fee

Complaint about Virgin Media

Hi there, please can you help/advise? Im moving house soon, on the 28th, and wanted to transfer my services to my new house - although they dont provide them there so want to charge me between £170 - £200 for cancelling, charging the remainder of my contract, which seems very unfair. Many thanks in advance, J Nicholls
