quoted 2 different prices when for renewal

Complaint about Green Star Energy

on 10/4/17 I rang Green Star energy to renew gas and electricity & was quoted £22.34. I received two letters on the same day dated 6 & 7th April. 6th Apr. letter said they will continue to take £25.48 7th April letter said rate is changin from 15th April an increase of £18.69 At no time on 10th April was I informed that I will be paying £25.48 I want to know the meaning of their inconsistency and what am i being charged. As you can tell, I am NOT happy with this. I have tried calling Green Star but they seem to be busy at 8am prompt, 8.05 and I got fed up of tying to get through. I also tried to email but thay failed. Now I have managed to get to this doc. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read and respond. Ms E Murrell
