Complaint about Currys PC World

I bought a indesit washing machine from Currys in 2014 and took out a Knowhow cover at the same time. Indesit engineer came out on the 30th March 2017 and said the machine could not be fixed and i would be given a replacement, i should hear from someone within 48 hours and it would take 3-5 days to get the replacement. Its now over 2 weeks later and still nothing i ring them everyday and get made so many promises but they all come to nothing its lie after lie i wait for the phone calls but they never come. Spoke to Knowhow again today 18th April 2017 and they put me through to indesit again who said replacing my washing machine was not their problem and to ring Knowhow back and ask them to ring indesit up on my behalf which they did whilst i waited on the phone. The lady from Knowhow came back to tell me indesit said sorry as it was their job to replace it and they had made a mistake and i should hear from them Friday if not to ring Knowhow back. I thought my nightmare was over then out the blue the lady i spoke to from Knowhow rang me up to say my washing machine had no cover on it and can i prove it had, so i rang Knowhow back this evening to be told their system clearly shows my washing machine is insured by Knowhow as i pay monthly and they had no idea why this lady would even make such a phone call to me. This is all a complete nightmare the cost off all the calls i have been making as well as using my local launderate i could have bought a new machine myself, these people do not care about the stress they are causing me, after all the many phone calls im still as i was on the 30th March 2017 i just can not get anywhere with them, how can they treat people like this its disgusting.
