Complaint about JD Sports

I Brought a nike hoody for my Grandson, 9/3/17 he wore it once and holes appeared, took it back to jd Sutton coldfield. Manager was ignorant, said it had to be inspected. I would hear in 7 days, 3 weeks passed after a few emails, Customer Care emailed saying contact them with details ans they would refund, called on 6/4/17 couldn't apologise enough, but still kept me on the phone using my bill for 20minutes put on hold 8 times! My bank details were taken and told it would be in my account 3-5 working days.Today is th 19/4/17 and ive still got no refund jd has the top and my £25.And the customer care is beyond useless .Called at 10 am this morning no record of me took details said I would be called back and its now 5pm and they havent.
