Complaint about Currys PC World

Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I came across a payment of £5.50 for a Product Support AG. Unsure of what this was, I proceeded to Google "Product Support AG" and found to my horror it's a charge for a product I bought from Currys. Having searched further I have now realised I'm not alone in being charged for something I DO NOT WANT. Even more horrifying is upon going back through my old statements, there are multiple charges of £5.50 stretching back to December 2015. At present I'm unable to load any other statements but I'm furious this is allowed to happen despite NEVER agreeing to be charged for additional support or warranties. I never take out warranties, and therefore I know for a fact I did not, or was not made aware that I would be charged an ongoing fee. I have bought various items from Currys over the years and I have no idea what the charge relates to. Needless to say I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
