Poor customer service, poor response to complaints

Complaint about RIGHTIO

1. The first visit only lasted 5 minutes – but Rightiocharged me £140.00 for nothing 2. The second visit – they were 2 hours later than the time promised on the previous visit. No updates received on why they were late. 3. I have pictures of the human waste left on the patio and toilet roll scattered around the back garden – they had promised to disinfect and clean the area before they left. This was not done. 4. The bins were not moved and covered in excrement. 5. Only one of the men was wearing wellies – the other one was smoking as he carried out the work and did not wear any PPE. I called in Dynorod who diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes. Rightio did not communicate the issue and recommended a further charge of £270 + VAT for a camera survey, this was after they had already removed £400 from my bank account without informing me what I was being charged for. Requested an invoice and received one after 20 days but it was not broken down into what I had been charged for. I am still waiting for my money back after 4 letters of complaint.
