Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello, I did not sign up to have £10 taken out of my account, I was told I had three months free cover which I can cancel when they are up which they are not. I bought a Mac from you, and all I can think it could be would be the insurance which I was told was free. Why has this happened? How do I get this refunded? And how do I cancel it?
