Trying to cancel an order!

Complaint about The Phone Spot

I'm to cancel an order, the phone hasn't been delivered yet but trying to get hold of anyone from your company seems to be an impossible task! I was not told this was phone spot when on the phone and I spoke to o2 about this and they have nothing on they're system to show this sale. I do not trust this and I want to cancel the order but no answer on the phone I've been on hold for over 45 minutes! Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?!
