Complaint about Shpock

I was recently suspended from shpock over selling something.. Which i stated wasn't real or fake..I did apologize for that through an email i had sent..And got a reply back to say my account would be reinstated in 3 days it's now been two weeks and heard nothing from shpock after endless emails from themselves to them
