Complaint about Goldcar

Gold car took a deposit on my credit card and said if the tank was full on return that they would refund the charges and they have failed to do this

Double protected by the sound of it. It's absolutely disgusting. A complete con. I questioned it all and they assured me of a full refund of what ever the charges were. I will tell everyone how rubbish gold car are. Never will I use gold car again appalling customer service too

I told them I did not need insurance and they just did not listen
