Complaint about Vodafone

for years i have had four phone numbers in my name with four bank account details, therefore each number has separate bank account for direct debit,In january i went to ask for an upgrade but was told i could not have one as my account had an hierarchy on it. There was not an explanation for this and the assistant told us it was normal and she would sort it.. she said it would be sorted in 48 hours, it was not, the assistant changed all my account WITHOUT my permission so that all the accounts came form one bank account, in january they also charged £60 to much. i have spoken to numerous people and they all tell a different story, and blame different things, They have given me a £50 refund which they say is a good will gesture but seeing as i was overcharged £60 i would like this explained, IN february and March they still continued to take the money from one account even though had promised to sort this. but also on top of this took random amounts from another bank account originally attached to the account for £14, £7 and £7. they can not explain this and keep saying they cant but this is my money they have taken again WITHOUT permission. Now today this has still not be sorted and refunded or the correct amounts been sorted, one number has been texted they will be taking£56 this month which is double, another again a random £7. plus a week ago one number said it had used 25gb of data this is impossible and on friday the call handler Alan agreed and said it was a vodafone mistake as they had not reset data he was very apologetic and he said data would be reset in 24 to 48 hours and i finally felt someone was listening how wrong was i . Yesterday they have no record of this and said it will take another 72 hours so on top of everything else one phone has no data but we are still paying,
