Complaint about Littlewoods

Littlewoods must be the worst company I've ever had the miss fortune of dealing with. Ordered Bubbles (Powerpuff girl) over 3 weeks ago, and STILL hasn't came. What has came is 7 Buttercup's. Each time I've tried to speak to CS Manager I get promised lies each time: - We'll look into your issue and make sure we send you the correct item next time. - We'll call you back after investigating this issue - etc, etc Upon trying to escalate my concerns I get informed that no-one is available to speak to and will receive a call back by a relevant person to progress issue. What's worst is they are collecting each item 1 at a time, after 'being promised' all will be collected at once. This has been horrendous as have to make sure I'm on house on every occasion just for 1 small item to be collected at a time. My 3 yr old girl still doesn't have her birthday present, and thanks to littlewoods, I don't think she ever will as this isn't a retail item only catalogue order! HORRIFIC!
