Complaint about Vodafone
I have made a complaint about being disconnected at least once a month for the past 6 months due to an outstanding balance on one of my multiple profiles (which is due to your system error). I only have one number and one account and should only have one bill. The problem seem to be resolved for now as I haven't been disconnected yet however I request a refund of the past 6 months line rental, why should I pay for a service I haven't received? I emailed this previously and my request has been ignored and I am yet to receive a reply.
