Complaint about Credit Portal

On the 5th 6th 7th March you tried to take £19.95 from my accnt. I contacted you and my bank on the 5th and cancelled this unknown payment and it was refunded via my bank as it was on the 2nd and 3rd payments. My bank have since yesterday actually took the 3 payments from me leaving me overdrawn and unauthorised and I will get charged for this. Iam a single parent recently made unemployed and cannot afford this. In fact it has left my children in a very vulnerable position, I spoke to 2 members of your staff today who were unbelievably rude to me. I looked at your policy and it had a 3 day cancellation, altho I have no idea who you are and how this has come to be the very first paymet was cancelled therefore meaning cancellation was accepted. I cannot face calling again and being spoken to the way I was and am very upset anyway as I really don't know what iam going to do especially on a long weekend. I don't have anyone I can turn to for help and would be really great full if you could help resolve this horrible matter asap please
