Complaint about Littlewoods
I have had nothing but problems since i first placed the order for my new furniture. I am so stressed and angry about it all. I placed an order of the 21st April as told it was declined to due to not being enough funds in credit limit, I then rang and spoke to P*** (gentlemans a name) in underwriting and put the order through again, he told me he had increased the limit so I was able to order the furniture. I didn't get the first time customer discount so he said to ring back once I'd received it done he would apply it to my account. I then went on to check dates a few days later and it had said the order had failed again I then rang AGAIN! To be hung up on a number of times before I managed to speak with someone. I explained to her and she went through the process again I had to pay £17 to be able to get the 3 items, 2 of which were due to deliver today 29th April but got a call to say 1 of the items were unavailable. I then said it as the final straw me cncelled the order. No one asked why, to be quiet frank they didn't even care! Your customer service team is the worst I have every uncounted, the same for your delivery teamand your sales team well they are equally as bad! I am so disgusted in the wy I have treated! I have cancelled the items I would like the £17 back I paid and I would like the 1 item that was delivered pick up! I will never use your company again and will be insuring I make people people aware of your herendous customer care!
