Complaint about EHIC Direct

I applied thinking this was an official website and have been charged £34.50 for what should be a free European Health card. I thought I was paying a £5 fee only but that is the 'annual' cloud storage fee! I am still within the statutory 14 day cooling off period and have e-mailed them insisting on a refund having been totally misled.

Why have they not refunded the £34.50 as I cancelled within 4 days?. I have only had automated responses to my e-mails. Why have they contacted a spokesman said but have not tried to contact me directly? Why have they made this response today, almost 3 weeks after I e-mailed cancellation? I may call this number if the fraud section at my bank, who are investigating this, advises me to
