I need my £15 back ASAP

Complaint about Currys PC World

£15 Has Been Debited From My Bank. My bills will come out Tuesday. I am now £15 down. I will now be overdrawn and receive a charge. If I do I expect to to reimbursed there is no reason why currys should be taking any money from my account. I look forward to a speedy reply. This has ruined my weekend as I am now stressed about the charge i will receive and the bill I now cannot pay! Thanks a lot currys! Victoria Cooper

I already cancelled this last year when I split from my partner, who has the TV. So I am not happy you have taken money from my account. When cancel again. Will just be reimbursed??
