Complaint about Diya Online

I ordered 4 size Small Items from Diya online, but yet received size Mediums...even my invoice says size small.so I know I made No mistake in my ordering.. I called there customer service and explained the situation and they put me on hold for 5min and came back with this answer... 'the warehouse had run out of size Small hence why you where sent size Medium'...... what a joke no phone call or email where ever received regarding the size out of stock. I got my full refund but yet they wanted me to return the items and pay out postage for the 4 incorrect size clothing which is the mistake made by DIYA.. principal! absolutely disgusted with the service.will not shop in Diya again.
