Complaint about viagogo
I bought tickets from TicketMaster and haven sold them with Viagogo. TicketMaster are telling me they cannot estimate when my tickets are coming through and my Viagogo deadline to ship them to the buyer is two days away. I have no control in this situation and could never have foreseen this coming. On TicketMaster website they say that the tickets have been sent but when I call them they say this is not 100% true and some have not been sent. No reason for it. Viagogo are sending me warning messages yet have made it near impossible to contact them as their website is a web of dead ends. They say that once the deadline is reached, they will shop for tickets and if they find a trio, then my sale will be cancelled and I will haven to pay for whatever tickets they can find! I am a student in exam season. This is so stressful to sort out as I still haven obligatory lectures to attend 9-5, and Viagogo only has customer service within these hours. I also DO NOT have the money for 3x£££ tickets! I will never use Viagogo again and will be sure to warn anyone of them in the future.
