Hi Niall, I can confirm that my colleague sent the following email 17th May. Hi Niall, Thanks for getting back to me with the details I requested following your post on A Spokesman Says. I can confirm I have cancelled your Product Support Agreement with immediate effect and as such no further payments will be debited. If there's anything else I can help with, please let me know.
