Complaint about The Range

wanted to talk about the service at your Hull branch. We have been trying to buy an Apollo TV unit for the past 4 weeks,however every weekend we've visited we have been told they have had some in but they've sold out as they only get a couple in at a time. Now twice this same guy has dealt with us and our enquiry and never mentioned until today that we could ORDER one and pay for it and he'd ring us when it came in ☹ I told him we were unhappy about never being told this on previous visits as we have a Brand new tv sat on the floor at the moment. He didn't care less just sat quiet filling in details for it and told us we couldn't pay for it yet until 10:30am.That was it. We told the lady at customer service desk when we went to pay for it what had happened,she couldn't believe we had been waiting 4 weeks and only told today that we could have ordered one. She actually apologised to us. We are still so frustrated about it.
