Complaint about EHIC Direct

I contacted you for a card I had lost thinking it was the government site, minutes later I found mine, tried several times to cancel only to be told I wasn't recognised So I sent 2 emails . Next day phoned to be told another number, called that one was on the phone aboutb10 minutes listening to a recorded message then was told the line was not available . So not only did it cost me £34.50 also a lengthy phone call. Really not happy going to take tis further.
