UberEats customer service disgusting in Thailand

Complaint about UberEats

I ordered a meal for two, which said it would arrive between 30-40mins. It arrived 1.5hrs later. I ordered burgers and chips, which were completely cold and the chips were inedible (rubbery cold). I paid 322 Baht for 2 orders of fries yet when I contacted customer support, they bluntly said sorry but they can only offer 100 baht credit toward my next order and hung up on me. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and talked to someone else while I was trying to communicate with her. She spoke very poor english and made no attempt to rectify the situation with any kind of fairness. I will never use UberEats again, and I will post my disgust for this company through my online network. I should have know better than to pay American prices for food in Thailand. The people here will always try to rip you off simply because you are a foreigner, and they can!
