Complaint about Toto Energy

I went from toto to a different company with my gas and electricity (found a cheaper deal) then I went to another one (whom I with now ) went on the phone to this company because my card wouldnt work they told me I'm not with them I'm with toto, toto then told me I'm not with them went back on the phone to the other company and they told me I'm with toto go back on the phone to toto I explained that I was told I'm with them and that I have no gas they then told me they send an engineer out which he reset my gas meter and put £10 on toto phoned me back to ask did the engineer come I said yes then they told it was their fault and that they would get in touch with my current supplier with an EP and it could take 4/8 weeks i cant wait that long for a gas card this as caused my anxiety through the roof so up to now I'm no wiser to who I've got as a gas supplier and I've only got £10 on there
