Complaint about Gourmet Society

I never use gourmet society ever! I signed up for a free trial two years ago and never used it. Twice I have been billed for the yearly membership after countless attempts to unsubscribe! Finally I changed all of my contact details and removed my card in order to stop them from charging me. They used my paypal and charged me the membership fee today. I have emailed requesting a refund as I do not use the company there automated reply was from bank holiday saying their email was closed until the 2nd of May... it is now the 4th.
