Complaint about Firefly Car Rental

I want to submit a complaint against car hire company Fire Fly. On the 27th of April at BGY there were a big line to take a car at fire fly, but only one worker. Time to wait - about 3 hours. But!!! -you decide to make a priority line for additional 40 eur. So, if you do not pay on simply cannot, you have wait for those who have and - really can wait till end of day. Had some plans for the day - who cares. It is enough to reserve a card with debit card, but not to rent, only if you do not pay full price (with all insurance). We got electronic car key with very low battery!!!...so, not to stay on the rode in a middle of nowhere, I had to find service to change it. plus I had to paid for that... Before this I tried to call to company 5 times. Nobody is not picking a phone. This must and cannot be according to good practice of customer service. Oskars
