Taking money without my permission

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I have never dealt with this company but just going through my bank statement this company has been taking £14.99 out my account for the past 3 months. I will be contacting them very shortly and demanding my money back. How dare they, nothing but a scam. I wouldn't mind knowing how they've got my bank details aswell!!!
