Complaint about Valley Heating Services
I agreed to have new central heating comprising a boiler and six radiators installed. I had been told the complete job would probably take one and a half days.This commenced on 9th February 2017 and is still ongoing as on three separate occasions not all the radiators were available. There is still one more radiator to install and in the meantime I have had no heating for 3 weeks, though there is hot water. Also, I am not happy with having to control the boiler which is situated in the loft via a complicated remote control. I really feel that older people (I am 76) should be able to have an easier method of control. I wrote to the Manager of Valley Heating, letter dated 24th April about the above but have had no reply yet.
