Complaint about viagogo

In October last year (28th Oct 2016) I purchased 2 tickets for Take That at the Hydro for the 12th May 2017. The transaction was via Paypal and went through for £356. I had also purchased tickets for a couple of other events through Viagogo around the same time and they were OK. As the event is coming up I thought I better take a look at my Viagogo account and to my horror there was no details of my Take That tickets in the future events folder. I've tried contacting Viagogo but they are not helpful. Both the Bank and Paypal will not help because it's beyond the 120 day period for refunds. The only evidence I have is a recorded Paypal transaction to Viagogo. Basically I feel that Viagogo have failed to register the transaction and have taken my money.
