Hi there, Thanks for your quick action last time in term "Product support AG charge". Now I write for you in hope that your service is still good as usual. I have just checked my account randomly and found out it was debited 30£ for Curry PC World Knowhow. As I remember I have not renewed it yet. That is why I wonder how it could take it automatically like this. Please, I want to take my money back and stop all the "direct debit" as this ever. I am looking foward to your reply. Hi Minh, thank you for getting back in touch regarding another query in relation to a payment that has been located. The KNWOHOW Cloud service would automatically renew unless you have stated that you would like to the account closing and the service cancelled. The team can be contacted free on 0800 012 1909.
