Complaint about Currys PC World

I have been charged £8.00 per month ever since buying a laptop from PC World nearly 1 year ago. I specifically did not agree to purchase 'extras' when I purchased the laptop so I know I did not ask for any insurance, warranty or otherwise to be added. I did not consent to these payments being made and I am having supreme difficulty in finding a way to cancel these payments. I would like the payments to stop.
