Misleading upgrade

Complaint about The Phone Spot

I was contacted last week by someone stating was from carphone warehouse. I then received a text from phone spot to say a package would be with me within 10 days. I at no time was made aware that I had entered into conversation or verbal agreement with phone spot and so went into carphone warehouse who denied knowledge of an upgrade. I contacted 02 who also have no information. I have clearly been mislead and duped into a verbal agreement with this company. I wish to cancel all agreements with phone spot and to have no future dealings with them as I deem their process to be underhanded and misleading. Your actions are contrary to "fair trading"
