Poor switching service

Complaint about Iresa

Switched from Flow Energy. Switch due to complete May 01st 2017. All went well with the Electricity switch. The gas switch has supposedly been completed but I am unable to input my meter reading on the Iresa website as no meter point exists. Have complained but no response.
