November 2016 I bought a phone (HI sense) in December 2016 the screen went blank then I called Fone choice and on the11 January 2017 the phone was collected for repairs and since today I’m still waiting for my phone, I have not received any feedback from Fonechoice as to how far are they are with the repairs . I've been the one calling them weekly about my phone I spoke to Noma more than once she was VERY RUDE and not willing to assist me ,When I ask that she pass phone to the supervisor or manager she told me that’s not POSSIBLE ,she told me that they having a back lock with these HI sense phones and they waiting for insurance to respond(ITS BEEN ALMOST 4 MONTHS) and they CORNFRIMED that they received my phone and when I asked her how long does the repairs take she advised that can’t provide me with the information. She also promised that they will came back to me(WHICH THEY HAVENT TILL TO DATE),I even send emails to fonechoice but no reply all they do is debit my account monthly. I called again today they kept on dropping calls after explaining I’m calling regarding my phone and finally Nikita answered and I got same answer that the matter was escalated and they will came back to me telephonically. How long does it take to repair a phone, I am really disgusted with the service that I have received from Fone choice, it is easy for them to DEBIT my account but when they are supposed to do their work they only make up excuses...This is not fair to me as I am paying for a device that I do not have, I am not even sure if i will get it back. At the moment I am without a phone and I have to keep asking other people to help me make phone calls/sms on their phones, which is not FAIR to me or them, I do not have an alternative phone at the moment and I cannot afford to buy another phone .
