Order ID: 8736053 AVOID VIAGOGO // DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM INSERT CLIENTS WITH NON-HANDLING,avoid avoid avoid On 11 of january I bought 4 tickets at the concert at U2 - Rome, the price that I payed was 1631,72 euro, like bellow: I ACCEPTED THIS PRICE, THIS BOOKING FEE EVERYTHING, Price/Ticket €300.00 Number of Tickets x 4 Subtotal €1,200.00 Booking Fee €343.98 VAT €68.79 Secure Ticket Delivery €18.95 TOTAL PRICE €1,631.72 And I received a stupid ticket for 119,6 euro . . . . x 4 tickets = 478.4 eurooooo When I was asking them what about my tickets, and about my money ( 1631.72 - 478.4 euro = 1153.32 euro) look at their hallucinating response: " The full price including fees is clearly advertised before you confirm the purchase, and it's clearly advertised before you confirm the purchase. Viagogo charges a service fee on top of each ticket price. This fee is clearly displayed in the check-out process and covers the cost of maintaining the viagogo platform, providing customer service and sending tickets. "The delivery fee which you have been charged is a standard handling fee for all orders. This fee covers the support of the delivery process and is non-refundable." Dear Viagogo, the price is NOT "clearly advertised" from the beggining, you are cheating the clients, SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU. "The delivery fee which you have been charged is a standard handling fee for all orders, and it's clearly advertised before you confirm the purchase" . NO,NO YOU DIDNT INFORM ME BEFORE I CONFIRM THE PURCHASE THAT I WILL PAY 1600 EURO/4 TICKETS, AND I WILL RECEIVED A BULL**IT TICKET FOR 119 EURO. - what about that I payed a ticket for 300 euro, and I received a ticket for 119 euro If I was buying from another site, a profesional website for this price I was standing at VIP, SHAME ON YOU. I'll complain to customer protection in London and that's what everyone should do to see what illegalities they do with people's money. I'll do my best to take back my money, THE THINGS WILL NOT REMAIN LIKE THIS. . . . DONT BUY FROM VIAGOGO - AVOID THEM AND LET'S SUE THEM, BECAUSE THEY USE ILLEGAL PRACTICES. UPDATE: CHARGE BACK FROM THE BANK, I HAVE ACCOUNT AT ING BANK, AND THEY START TO CHECK THE PAYMENT.
