Complaint about EHIC Direct

I was charged £34.50 for a renewal of my and my husbands card. My daughter hasn't been added to the application by yourselves. Then I was charged another £5 for the cloud. I was trying to cancel the application many times, the very first day, with no success, as you don't answer phones and your contact form is not working, for obvious reasons. You are misleading people! I have never received the new cards and I want to be refunded with £39.50 asap!

Have finally been refunded, though I am not happy with the service I have received from Ehic Direct at all.
