Complaint about Holiday Gems

I booked a holiday for 7 nights b&b. First the flight was delayed 1hr 20, then our transfer was suppose to be 90 minutes but ended up taking 2hrs 45 which meant we didn't arrive at out destination until 4am the previous morning. Then our room was basic not very clean, including stained bedding and towels. No fridge in the room? 28 degrees without being able to keep cold water or anything cold and no bin in room .spoken to reception eventually when someone was around they couldnt help.tried phoning holiday gems nobody could help.ended up paying a extra 70 euros to move to apartment with a fridge.cant use the pool as work is bring carried out and dust everywhere. Very dissapointing with this holiday and it's only my second day plus loosing 1 night due to travel. Never had this problem before with other holiday companys.

On 15 May 2017 a resolution time of 6-8 weeks was advised. This has not been exceeded. Please be aware of strike out action by the Court should you pursue the agent and not the Tour Operator.
