Worst Customer Services Ever

Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Spent £16000 on our dream kitchen from Wrens. Problems from start to finish with damaged items and items out of stock. Had second delivery and still 13 items missing or damaged. Never the same person at Head Office you speak to and always promise to sort out the problems but never do. Awaiting to hear from customer service team at Wren re 3rd delivery and to deal with compensation claim. Quick enough to take your money but not so quick in sorting out poor quality of replacement items and compensation claim. 6 weeks down the line and still no further forward with the kitchen being finished.
