Took money from my account

Complaint about Credit Perfect

I have just went into my bank account this mor nine and noticed that credit perfect have took 14.99 out of my account and I have no idea what for so I would like the money back in my account asap or I will be taking thus further??

I have no credit to call you back as I said earlier it is fraud taking money from someones account and I am not ome bit happy about it
