Complaint about Wren Kitchens

This kitchen has only been in situ for a year, and already I have had to get in touch with Wren over 20 times! I haven't even been able to lay flooring down as these issues need to be repaired first. Drawer units don't close properly, dishwasher door frontal rubs against the side cupboards, a faulty tap that I have been waiting for over 4 months for Wren to repair/replace, and countless remedial fitters not being able to fix the issues with this kitchen. Barclays finance have been in touch with you, and I have chased 'dedicated' team members, but all I have been doing is WAITING and COMPLAINING since this kitchen has been installed. I've had to take time out of running my own business to call, email and attend numerous appointments, which have not helped whatsoever. We have had a delivery of replacement items sitting in the house for nearly 3 weeks (had to wait nearly 8 weeks for them in the first place) waiting for an installer to come and replace. I've had various remedial fitters say 'not much can be done'. Overall a very poor service and an extremely poorly produced product. My parent's had their previous bespoke made kitchen for over 20 years and never had a single problem. I have now come to the end of my tether and feel like ripping out the kitchen and getting my money back! Of course, Wren very happy to still accept my monthly finance payments.... no hold up there!!!
