Unauthorized Product AG Support Charges

Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased 2 TV's from Curry's PC World in October, and just noticed that I'm being billed approximately £16 per month from 'Product Support AG' and I never authorized this (I've been billed for 7 months). I always refuse extra warrantees, so I would not have knowingly agreed to this. I notice there are countless complaints on the internet about this same issue with Curry's PC World (appears to have been going on for years), so I am quite surprised there are not better in-store controls in place to address this deceptive practice. I moved to the U.K. In September and have purchased thousands of pounds in merchandise from Curry's. This behavior is appauling and unethical. I would like these charges refunded immediately.
