Complaint about Credit Perfect

£14.99 was taken out of my account without permission. This needs to be sorted out and refunded. I am an unemployed single mum I can't afford for money to be taken out my account without permission

I feel that it is unfair that I should have to use my phone credit to phone you to refund money that I DID NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO TAKE..... unless you are also prepared to refund the cost of the call
