I made an order from New Look who use DPD to deliver. I selected a day for delivery when I knew I would be home all day. In the morning of delivery I received a text confirming when the parcel would be delivered (between 15.21 and 16.21) and I have been working downstairs all day. At 15.37 I received a text message saying that my parcel could not be delivered as no one was in! No one knocked on my door and I never received a calling card. The image of supposedly my house 'the delivery place' was just a black blurry photo. Clearly the driver has lied and couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel! I needed those clothes for a wedding tomorrow and now have nothing to wear - very angry at DPD!
