Complaint about BioTrim Labs
I wanted to buy only one bottle of a product from BioTrim Labs but was charged for the price of several bottles of the same product. I was overcharged through my credit card and I cannot cancel the order. I paid in February 2017 and until now (May 2017), I have not received the product. I have sent many emails to query about the undelivered product but I received the standard reply that the product is on the way and I should check at the nearest post-office. After almost four months of waiting, I believe the company did not deliver the product and gave many illogical reason to reduce my anger. Looking at many complaints about BioTrim Labs on the internet, I strongly believe BioTrim Labs is a predatory company and have cheated me.
