Complaint about CORGI HomePlan

I took a corgi homeplan insurance to cover my 94 year old mother in law's gas boiler last December which was accepted with her paying monthly direct debit instalments of £19.00 per month. All was well until last week when she phoned me (she lives 50miles away) to say she was cold and had no hot water as her boiler was'ent working. I phoned Corgi HomePlan who told me because of her age they would arrange a repair as soon as possible. Half an hour later they rang to inform me they would not do the repair as she was not covered! Apparently she has a back boiler and it was not covered. When I pointed out that on the Policy Schedule they issued it clearly states Back Boiler they just repeated it was not insured. Despite my pleadings they would do nothing. I am absolutely disgusted they could leave an old lady in this situation
