Complaint about Wren Kitchens

We went into the showroom at Doncaster was very impressed by the product and we knew the manager . We chose the kitchen we wanted and we're a bit surprised at how expensive it was but we thought if it's good quality we'll have it We organised a fitter and so to delivery it came on time but they refused to take it upstairs where the kitchen is until we paid £104 this I didn't and had to get them up myself I'm 63 On to the fitter very upset that not all the parts had come and lots were damaged you see these fitters give you a price for the job and aren't very happy if they can't get it done straight away We made a list took photos of the damaged parts and sent them to wren a week later they replied saying this wasn't good enough so Chris the manager obliged and ordered them for me Then j Rotherhams turned up to measure the worktop told us that the drawers under the hob were 20mm out with the top units on his advice we moved the position of the cut out for the job 10mm that marries up to the extractor hood but not the drawers I have had the designer out told endless amount of people all to no avail Replacement parts came damaged and the wrong pattern in the door and some of original parts still not come Kitchen fitter then told me if parts didn't come in next three days I would have to pay more and claim it back off wre n I can't get it built right and the parts for it never mind claim money back off the Then Totally dissatisfied with whole experience will not be recommending ween to anyone
